McCombs Health Informatics & Health Information Technology professional certificate program

The Health Informatics and Health IT Professional Certificate Program at UT Austin's McCombs School of Business provides a unique, comprehensive training in health information technology. It is a nine-week intensive training program designed to prepare graduates and professionals for a variety of exciting careers in Health IT. This includes hands-on experience with health care technology, courses to build health IT knowledge, networking and job placement support with a wide network of employers. UT Austin students get a $500 discount and 90% of our certificate graduates seeking a job in Health IT are employed within one year. The program runs three times per year in spring, summer and fall.
