This form closes on September 15. Please note that all program participants will have a mandatory mentor training on September 22 at 6pm for mentors only. The matching meeting will be held the following week. Date TBD for both mentors and mentees. The training will be held on Zoom, the matching meeting may be in-person depending on the circumstances.
