Dr. Anja Mihr is the DAAD Associate Professor at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and professor of Human Rights, Governance, and Transitional Justice. Dr. Mihr will deliver a talk titled "Regime Change and Democratization in Eastern Europe since 1989".
