Off-Campus Resources 2022

The Off-Campus Initiative within New Student Services is gearing up for summer and can use your help in a variety of ways.

• Our Off-Campus Housing Finder is a great place to look at listings geared towards students, list sublets, and find roommates. This is an especially timely resource in terms of subleasing because you may have students who are leaving Austin for the summer but have a lease until the end of July. On the other hand there are students who might have a lease for Fall but need a place for a few months in the summer. These students can help each other out but using the subletting feature on the site.
• Our website and Instagram are great places to refer students who want to learn more about the search process for living off campus, helpful information and resources from the City of Austin and also engaging events to help them explore Austin though our aUsTinite program.
• We offer presentations throughout the year by request about finding housing, leasing, roommates, affordable housing and fun things to do in Austin by request. However, we will be offering a few sessions over the next few months on Zoom. Sessions will be listed on Hornslink and will also be promoted on our Instagram.
