Global Readiness Week is Finally Here!

Have you ever been curious about how business works when it crosses borders? How business and culture can either cooperate or clash in an increasingly connected world? Global Readiness Week is here for you.

The Center for Global Business will be raising awareness about the International Business Program at McCombs from Tuesday, April 5 through Thursday, April 6 with a series of events open to all students. Stop by, learn a little, have some fun, and consider how much broader your world could – and should – be!

ESG: Genuine Global Breakthrough or BS?
Tuesday, April 5th @ 6:00 pm in GSB 3.104

This in-person keynote presentation will feature Randall Kempner (Aspen Institute) and Shannon Trilli Kempner (Catalent Pharma), discussing challenges to holding businesses throughout the world accountable for practices of environmental sustainability, social justice, and sound governance. Light refreshments will be served and door prizes will be awarded!

Global Cultures Extravaganza
Wednesday, April 6th from 1:30 – 3:30 pm in CBA 3.304 (Events Room) (drop by anytime)

Business has no borders, and neither does good food, so come by for a taste of what international experience can bring! Join student organizations from across UT as they bring cultural cuisine from across the world to McCombs.

Thursday, April 7th from 5:30 – 7:30 pm in the CBA Legacy Events Room (CBA 3.202) (drop by anytime)
