Volunteers - EU@SXSW 12-14 March

The European Union will be making their mark on SXSW this year by hosting their own events and we are looking for volunteers who can work shifts at their downtown location. The program will include panel discussions related to EU digital, tech, cultural and creative policies, music performances by European bands and networking opportunities. Students who volunteer will have access to all of the EU events. Students who volunteer a certain number of hours (exact number to be confirmed) are eligible to receive a SXSW music wristband that allow access solely to music showcases.

Requirements:
Need to work a minimum of 5 hours per shift (to be confirmed).
Can volunteer for as many shifts as they want but MUST be there for everything they sign up for.
Ideal candidates would have worked/attended SXSW in the past.

The expected working schedule is as follow (to be confirmed at a later stage)
Saturday, March 12, 2022: onsite briefing from 8am to 9am
Saturday, March 12, 2022: venue operated from 9pm to 10pm
Sunday, March 13, 2022: venue operated from 9am to 10pm
Monday, March 14, 2022: venue operated from 9am to 10pm
