Spark Leadership is a 5-week emerging leader program for students who don’t quiet see themselves as leaders, or are looking to take that next step in their leadership journey. Spark Leadership helps students to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their leadership potential. Registration for Spark Leadership is on-going as series will be offered through the spring semester.
Pathways to Leadership is a brand-new program Texas LEAD will begin offering in the spring. Pathways to Leadership offers a variety of 3-week series, that each focus on a different leadership approach or style. Students can register for one or more Pathways depending on the own personal interests. Registration for Pathways to Leadership is on-going as series will be offered through the spring semester.
