The Harry S. Truman Scholarship provides up to $30,000 in funding towards a public service-related graduate or professional degree to students who aspire to work in a public service career. Public service, defined by foundation, includes employment in government at any level, uniformed services, public-interest organizations, nongovernmental research and/or educational organizations, public and private schools, and public service-oriented nonprofit organizations. Eligible students must be a junior, graduating in 2022-23, OR, a senior, graduating early (3 years or less) in 2021-22. This scholarship requires university endorsement.
