It's September, which means the end of calendar summer and the official start of Pumpkin Spice Season. It doesn't matter that it's still 100 degrees outside, it's time to break out the fuzzy blankets and get cozy with some nutmeg and cinnamon-infused warm beverages and snacks.

It's also time to start marking your calendars with all the fun Latino Studies events we've got planned, starting with Bienvenida, our welcome back event, taking place September 22. We will be constantly updating our website with all the latest information! We can't wait to see your faces!

The Emma S. Barrientos Mexican-American Cultural Center hosts its 14th annual Viva México celebration! This annual event showcases visual art, dance, and musical performances that explore Mexico’s history through cultural art traditions.
