August 30th Deadline: TCE BLASTS Career Peer Program – Program Participants (Mentee) Recruitment

BLASTS Career Mentor Program aims to support the career development and professional development of Black and Latinx/e students through mentorship and career education. With the help of their mentors, participants will engage, build, and explore their career pathways by:

• Building and honing their resume and cover letter 
• Articulating their skills and overall career readiness 
• Creating and practicing their personal pitch 
• Developing and expanding their professional network
