Graduate Student Conference of the Program in Comparative Literature:“Liminalities: Transitions, Borders, In-Betweens”
The Graduate Association for Comparative Literature Students (GRACLS) at the University of Texas at Austin is happy to announce the 17th Graduate Student Conference of the Program in Comparative Literature, “Liminalities: Transitions, Borders, In-Betweens.” COVID-19 permitting, it will take place in person at the University of Texas campus on October 29-30. Addressing the moment that we are currently living through as a global community, this year we have chosen to focus on the concept of borders as well as change.
Our keynote speaker will be artist Adriana Corral, whose work addressing human rights abuses and immigration policies encapsulates the aspect of critical globalization that we want to bring to the conference.
