The University’s Counseling and Mental Health Center’s (CMHC) Well-being in Learning Environments initiative collaborates with UT faculty to implement practices that support student mental health and wellness. As part of the initiative, we are conducting a survey along with the Senate of College Councils to assess various aspects of student well-being across different classes and to identify how faculty can better support student well-being.
We are looking for students to share their perspectives on their classroom experiences this semester. Several questions on the survey require you to choose a specific class to consider in your responses; therefore, we ask that you decide on a class for which you would like to share your experiences (either positive or negative). Then, respond to all questions in relation to that specific class. (You will begin the survey by providing the college in which the class exists and the name of the professor who teaches it.)
Your responses will be used to provide faculty feedback and help UT improve its various learning environments to better support student mental health and wellness.
Your participation in the survey is crucial to making this project a success, so please take about 15 minutes to complete it. Additionally, your participation will allow you to be entered into a raffle to win prizes. The survey will be open until the end of May. Here is the URL to access the survey:
