The John L. Warfield Center and African and African Diaspora Studies Department is accepting applications for the first annual Peace and Justice Day Symposium. This program highlights creatives reflections from undergraduate students through visual arts, music composition, dance choreography and literature.
The theme this year is Ashé to Ashes, asking applicants to imagine and reflect on a renaissance following a year of chaos. Applicants who are selected will be featured in a virtual symposium taking place May, 10th and receive a $500 scholarship.
