Join the Center for European Studies, the Center for Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies, the South Asia Institute, Benson-LLILAS Center for Latin American Studies, and the Center for Middle Eastern Studies for information sessions on FLAS fellowships available for Summer 2021 and academic year 2021-22! A brief presentation on the FLAS Fellowship program, including application requirements, program benefits and responsibilities of awarded students will be followed by a Q&A session with UT FLAS Coordinators. Funding is available to cover tuition and living expenses.

Each year the Foreign Language Area Studies (FLAS) Fellowship program, funded through US Department of Education Title VI grants provided to College of Liberal Arts area studies centers, provides almost $1 million in funding to UT undergraduate and graduate students from all disciplines to study foreign languages and cultures at UT and elsewhere in the US and abroad.
